They can, if necessary, give you a new registration number that will work. If not, if I were in your situation I would unregister and re-register, possibly with help from Avid: Perhaps someone else here in this forum can help you further. In the Help menu, which item is greyed out and which is black: Register or Unregister? plist files out of ~Library/Preferences and having them recreated would solve your problem. I'm also wondering if moving any com.avid. You should restart, if you haven't already and see if Sib 6.2 just works.
